You look properties up every day: before a listing appointment, for a buyer's question, for a valuation or a transfer. ErfCheck Pro gives you every record without limits, the full report for the properties that matter, and your agency's name on what you send clients.

What Pro includes, for R299 a month

• Unlimited lookups. No hourly cap: the erf number, township, last registered sale, Surveyor-General parcel and imagery for any South African address, and the municipal value where the council's roll is one ErfCheck reads (50 councils, listed here).
• 20 full reports a month (R99 each on their own): the municipal value checked against recent sales on the street or in the scheme, the comparable sales, the monthly rates where the council's tariffs are on file, and an objection pack when the value looks high.
• Your name on the report. Reports you make carry "Prepared by" with your agency and contact details, so you can send them to clients.
• Bulk lookups. Paste up to 50 addresses and get them back as a table you can download as a spreadsheet.
• Suburb exports. Every record on file in a suburb as a spreadsheet: erf, last sale year and price, municipal value where known, size and position.

How agents use it

• Listing appointments. Know the last sale, the municipal value and what the street has sold for before you walk in, and leave a report with your name on it.
• Buyers' questions. "What did it last sell for?" and "what are the rates?" answered on the spot.
• Valuations and rates objections. The roll value next to recent registered sales, with the comparable sales ready to use.
• Transfers. The erf, portion and township as registered, the SG code and a link to the Surveyor-General's diagrams.

Questions

Where does the data come from?

Registered transfers come from Deeds Office records; municipal values from each council's published valuation roll; parcels and diagrams from the Chief Surveyor-General. No owner names are collected or shown.

How many reports do I get?

20 full reports a month. Lookups are unlimited.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time at erfcheck.co.za/account. Pro stays on until the end of the month you've paid for; part-months aren't refunded.

Can my clients see my agency name on reports?

Yes. Set your agency name and contact once, and every report you make under Pro shows "Prepared by" with them.
