Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. What we sell

ErfCheck sells online property information: one-off property reports and a monthly Pro plan. Everything is delivered online straight after payment; nothing is shipped. Prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).

2. Property reports (R99 once-off)

A report is delivered as soon as PayFast confirms the payment, as a link on screen and by email. Because it is delivered instantly, a report is not refundable once delivered, except as set out in section 4.

3. Pro (R299 per month)

• Pro is charged in advance each month and renews automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel at any time at erfcheck.co.za/account → Cancel subscription. This stops all future charges.
• After you cancel you keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part-months.

4. When we refund

We give a full refund when:

• you were charged twice for the same purchase;
• you were charged after you had successfully cancelled;
• you were charged the wrong amount because of an error on our side;
• you paid but never received the report or Pro access, and we can't fix it; or
• a refund is required by law, including the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Otherwise payments are not refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

5. How to ask

Email info@buyitfastest.co.za from the email address you paid with. Include the date and amount, and the PayFast payment reference from your receipt if you have it. We'll reply by email. Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, through PayFast.
